Theme Nights

25 Restaurant hosts a number of fantastic theme evenings throughout the year, giving you an opportunity to sample culinary delights from across the globe, prepared by our talented trainees.

The evenings are created and developed by the students and form an important part of their coursework, giving trainees the valuable experience they need to develop their skills and confidence as they prepare and serve food to commercial customers.

Magic of the Musicals Dinner

Thursday 21 February 2019, 7.00pm arrival

Menu

Sharing Combo of Nachos, Spicy Potato Wedges, Breaded Mushrooms and Dips

Asian Inspired Roast Chicken with Fennel and Red Cabbage Coleslaw and Fries

Individual Black Forest Gateau

£16.95 per head

Includes a Banana Smoothie or Raspberry Lemonade

Musical Entertainment (provided by the Performing Arts Department) will accompany the dinner service in a Cabaret style setting

Around the World Night

Thursday 14 March 2019. Arrival from 5.30pm onwards, food starting from 6.00pm

An evening of fun international music and tasty worldwide cuisine.

Asian Light Bites

Fluffy Asian buns stuffed with BBQ pork belly, katsu apple served with coriander and spring onions

Golden crisp Thai fishcakes served with cucumber and a squeeze of lime

Fresh romaine lettuce topped with an assortment of seasonal veg

Spanish Delights 

Hearty chicken, chorizo and rice dish filled with a Mediterranean veg

Golden cubes of pan fried potatoes with skillet chicken and roasted vegetables

Succulent Majorcan oven baked aubergines and bell pepper pie topped with sliced potatoes

Sweet Treat

Churros with thick caramel sauce, cinnamon sugar and melted white chocolate.
